Baking Fundamentals: Breads

Calendar Current session started Apr 7, 2020 at 6 pm, runs for 5 weeks

This class focuses on teaching students at all levels how to bake various bread recipes. We will cover quick breads, a braided loaf, homemade rolls and even cinnamon rolls from scratch. Ingredients are included and every class you will take home your freshly baked creation.
